Payment Plans
Please note, all payments must be finalised by the end of Term 3, all plans beyond the end of Term 3 must be approved by the Business Manager.
BPoint Direct Debit – Set and forget, if you would like to set up a BPoint direct debit payment plan using your bank account or credit card, please complete the EOI form below: BPoint Payment Plan EOI
Centrepay Deduction – Centrepay is a voluntary bill-paying service which is free for Centrelink customers. Use Centrepay to arrange regular deductions from your Centrelink payment. You can start or change a deduction at any time. The quickest way to do it is through your Centrelink account online. If you wish for Administration to set this up, please complete the Centrepay Deduction Authority form below: Centrepay Deduction.
Our available payment methods
BPOINT – The following link will take you to the BPoint payment page. You will need your Customer Reference Number (CRN) and Invoice Number from the bottom left corner of your invoice. BPoint Payments
Alternatively, use the link in the box at the bottom left corner of your invoice, this will pre populate your CRN and invoice number and take you directly to the payment screen to enter your details.
Phone payments using Credit/Debit card – You will need your Customer Reference Number (CRN) and Invoice Number from the bottom left corner of your invoice. Call 1300 631 073
In person at the office– The payment window will be open for EFTPOS, cash or cheque payments Monday to Friday 8am – 12 pm (other times by appointment).
