Ripley Valley State Secondary Colleges is committed to maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment where all students have opportunities to experience success. Our PB4L framework teaches students expected standards of behaviour and reinforces these positive behaviours through our weekly focus lessons. Students are rewarded when they demonstrate positive behaviours that reflect the school values (Respect, Responsibility and Perseverance). The Ripley Rewards Program forms an integral part of our PB4L framework. Teachers stamp students diaries when they see students demonstrating positive behaviours. Points are awarded to the stamps (1 point per stamp) and students receive points for their House (Blaine, Flinders, Goolman and Blaine). Students can use accumulated points to receive rewards from the Ripley Vault. End of term celebrations are held to acknowledge students that achieving greater than 90% attendance.
